Rdr 1 Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These terms and conditions apply to all services, software, websites, and mobile applications on the rdr 1 platform. By creating an account or using rdr 1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms and conditions were written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any ambiguity, the original English version shall prevail.

• These terms and conditions are governed by international gaming laws and regulations.
• Rdr 1 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• Rdr 1 reserves the right to close any account at any time if these terms are not complied with.

To open an account with rdr 1, the following conditions must be met. Failure to meet any condition will render the registration void and any transactions may be reversed.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You are not registering from a country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You do not have any existing rdr 1 account in your name and are not the owner of any closed or blocked account.
• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

Deposit Policy

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements (typically 10–30x the bonus amount must be wagered).
• Each bonus must be claimed within a specified time frame. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• No individual may use multiple accounts to take advantage of the same promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for betting.
• Rdr 1 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time.

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The specific terms of this bonus are listed on the offer page. The welcome bonus is available once only and applies exclusively to newly registered members.

Before placing bets on rdr 1, please familiarize yourself with the rules below. These apply to all betting types — Sports Betting, live betting, and virtual sports.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. A cash-out option may be available in certain cases.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with rdr 1's established rules.
• Bets placed before odds change will be settled at the odds in effect at the time the bet was placed.
• If rdr 1 determines that a bet was placed using unethical means or information related to match-fixing, that bet will be voided.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, rdr 1 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and market.

Live Betting Special Rules

In Live Betting, odds change rapidly based on real-time data. If a bet is delayed due to a connection issue, it may not be accepted at the original odds. rdr 1 will not be held liable in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rdr 1 platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Opening an account using a false or someone else's identity.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to rdr 1's systems or network.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Attempting to earn unethical commissions by violating the affiliate program rules.

Rdr 1 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or unethical conduct is found.
• False information is found during KYC verification.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned through the designated process. However, in cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team.

3. Step Three: If both parties agree, the dispute may be settled through an independent mediator.

Dispute notices must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
